Additional Services

I will clean interior windows including sills and window tracks
This service is included in the deep clean (only in bathrooms, kitchens, and living area) and in the move in/out packages. For additional rooms or a la carte I offer this option as an add-on service.
Includes vacuuming or sweeping/mopping. Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Living Area are included in all packages.
Remove expired food and wipe down all shelves and interior.
Remove all items from cabinets. Vacuum and wipe down all interior surfaces. Place all items back in cabinets.
Dust and remove any grime and build up on blinds.
These are per additional room added on that is not included in the cleaning packages. Only rooms included in base packages are Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Living Room.
Spot cleaning with portable carpet cleaner or shampoo with customer provided carpet cleaning machine.
I will bathe small dogs (in clients bath tub) and towel dry. They must be non-aggressive and free of any major matting. I can provide natural dog shampoo and conditioner upon request or use client supplies.
I will bathe large dogs (in clients bath tub) and towel dry. They must be non-aggressive and free of any major matting. I can provide natural dog shampoo and conditioner upon request or use client supplies.
Simply scoop, dump, and throw away excrement. Will top off with new litter.
Dump all litter and clean/sanitize litter box. Refill with new litter.
I will feed animals per instructions given. Flat rate up to 3 animals. This is for cats and dogs only (non-aggressive).
I will wipe down and clean indoor dog/cat crates. Extra charges may incur for any animal waste cleanup.
Will wash and fold (I can put laundry away at clients request) Please note that because of the time it takes to wash a load of laundry I can only do as much as time will allow.
Will clean and scrub all jet outlets and run a jetted tub cleaner to flush the jet pipes.
