You can pick and choose and substitute different services. Since everyone's needs are different and unique, all of my services are completely customizable and can be discussed during your first appointment.
Everything is based on your individual needs. Things that are factored into the cost are sq. footage of your house, do you have kids/animals, do you need deep cleaning or just maintenance, do you need decluttering and help organizing. Their are so many factors and aspects of cleaning a house. To give you the most accurate quote an initial consultation (can be over text, phone call, or in person) can help provide me with the information I need.
Tipping is completely voluntary and not required. As a solo cleaner a tip lets me know you appreciate my services beyond the standard cost and tells me I am going above and beyond your expectations.
I accept Cash, Venmo, and Stripe (through my website). Payment and cleaning contract will be discussed prior to services rendered.

I understand things happen and life can get in the way. I do however ask that you give me at least 24 hour notice so I can plan accordingly. Multiple cancellations may deem that I am not the cleaner for you and I will have to terminate our contract.
Yes! I am a solo cleaner so you will get me each and every time.
This is completely up to you. All I ask is that kids are kept out of the space I am working on as they can be a distraction and slow my work down. I am comfortable with whatever you decide. Some clients are more comfortable being home so they can help guide me on what they want done or they work from home and cannot leave. Other clients work outside of the home and cannot be home during my cleaning hours. I am open to your requests.
I am flexible and can reschedule for a time that is convenient for us both.
I do! If you are not completely satisfied with something that was previously discussed I will do my best to come back out or address it on the next visit. Please keep in mind that the first visit (deep cleaning) is usually the most time consuming and in some cases not everything can be achieved in one visit and may need to be broken up in to 2 days.
I provide all cleaning supplies except for a vacuum. Due to cross contamination most people prefer for me to use their own vacuum cleaners. For any carpet shampooing I do have a portable spot cleaner but you would need to provide a machine for any large area cleaning. If you have your own cleaning supply requests please discuss with me prior to cleaning.
I used Thieves All Natural Essential Household Cleaner by Young Living for most of my light duty cleaning and sanitizing. I use Clorox disinfectant wipes on toilets. Glass Cleaner for mirrors and windows. I do use heavy duty cleaners like Krud Kutter, EZ off, and Zep for hard to clean grimy areas like inside ovens and showers/tubs with large amounts of soap scum and build up.
Due to being a solo cleaner I do not offer large furniture moving. I also do not move furniture on hardwood floors. All large furniture must be moved prior to me coming if you want the areas beneath/behind them cleaned.
I do not offer exterior cleaning of any kind.
To keep costs down I only clean within a 10 mile radius. This means all of my clients must live in the West Omaha Area.

Since I am a solo cleaner I will be the only one with access. We can discuss house access during our initial consultation.
Yes. Our online payment system uses Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
If I accidentally break or damage something I will do my best to replace/fix it within reason.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered. I cannot be responsible if your vacuum is old and suddenly goes out after I use it.
